"Jimi Hendrix through his lyrics" is a trilogy of books dedicated to Jimi Hendrix, each focusing on one of his three official albums. The aim was to visually represent every song present in these records.
Specifically, each chapter revolves around a single song and contains the lyrics accompanied by images and graphic elements. These visual elements represent the melody, rhythm, and sensations evoked by the songs, thus giving the reader a visual representation of Hendrix's music.
The design of the books was entirely done by me, from page layout to printing and bookbinding. The format of the three books is A5 and they were made with coptic binding.

"Jimi Hendrix through his lyrics" è una trilogia di libri dedicati a Jimi Hendrix, ognuno concentrato su uno dei suoi tre album ufficiali. L'obiettivo è stato quello di rappresentare graficamente ogni canzone presente in questi dischi.
In particolare, ogni capitolo è incentrato su una singola canzone e contiene il testo del brano accompagnato da immagini e segni grafici. Questi elementi visivi rappresentano la melodia, il ritmo e le sensazioni evocate dalle canzoni, dando così al lettore una rappresentazione visiva della musica di Hendrix.
La progettazione dei libri è stata realizzata interamente da me, partendo dal layout delle pagine fino ad arrivare alla stampa e alla rilegatura del libro. Il formato dei tre libri è in A5 ed è stato realizzato con la rilegatura copta.
